The webinar was attended by:

• Mauricio García Mejía, leading specialist of the IDB's Division of Innovation to Serve the Citizen.
• Laura Schiavon, assistant professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Brazil.
• Alberto Nanzer, General Secretary of Criminal Policy and Victim Assistance of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

On this occasion, the aforementioned experts presented a series of solutions found in the Criminal Justice Axis of the Evidence Bank, as well as knowledge gaps and other innovative initiatives that are already having positive results in the region. In addition, different interventions focused on the detection, prosecution, sentencing and law enforcement that have been adopted in the criminal justice systems of LAC were discussed.
