Community Reporting Engagement Support and Training (CREST)

This is a community center aimed at assisting individuals with mental disorders on probation. The goal is to reduce recidivism and the prison population, as well as to promote substance use treatment.
Frequent physical attendance is required so they can be monitored and participate in rehabilitative activities. Participants receive weekly schedules and a permanence plan with an average of 180 days of attendance.

Operation New Hope

This is a treatment program for high-risk adolescents released from the prison system that helps them in the process of reintegrating into the community.
The treatment is carried out in 39 hours, distributed across 13 sessions with weekly and consecutive meetings, in which the following topics are addressed:
1) Introduction to the program;
2) Learning about your emotions; lack of control and denial;
3) Knowing the problems you face and the possibility of solving them;
4) Perceptions; expectations, reality, love, family dynamics;

YouthBuild Offender Program

This is a comprehensive program of educational and vocational training and other youth development services for socioeconomically vulnerable youth between the ages of 16 and 24 who are in contact with the criminal system. The goal is to provide assistance, develop community leadership, and reduce recidivism.
The program is conducted in a family-style setting, where training and employment opportunities are provided. Educational training consists of basic literacy and alternative education, while vocational training involves engagement in low-income housing construction.

Communities That Care

This is a prevention program aimed at implementing social policies and services to reduce risk and vulnerability factors, and establish a safety net for adolescents.
The intervention can last from 6 to 12 months and consists of five phases:
1) Community assessment, through an analysis of its organizational characteristics and identification of existing community leaders and resources;
2) Presentation of the program, definition of responsibilities, composition of the community board of directors and the program’s prevention council;

Coaching for Communities (CfC) [United Kingdom]

This is a mentoring program for adolescents who exhibit violent behavioral problems at home or in the community, but do not display a pattern of persistent delinquency (defined as three or more convictions in the previous year).
In addition, eligible youth must have one of the following risk factors: low self-esteem, high impulsivity, low levels of positive outlook, negative thoughts and feelings, low aspirations for the future, or involvement in antisocial peer networks.

LifeSet

This is an assistance and supervision program for young adults between the ages of 17 and 22 who have been released from foster homes, correctional homes, and mental health institutions. The objective is to develop skills for a stable and safe adult life, prevent recidivism or first involvement in criminal behavior, and promote literacy and entry into the job market.

Meditation for Female Trauma IPV Survivors with Co-Occurring Disorders

This is a meditation therapy program for female victims of violence and associated comorbidities (substance use disorder or depressive disorder).
The goal is to improve recovery outcomes and/or mental health-related gains, as well as to address symptoms stemming from trauma and disorders through meditation by attempting to:
1) Develop a mindful state of mind; and
2) Achieve the ability to stay present in the here and now, in each moment of existence.

Forest Ranger Families Program

This program offers a conditional economic transfer aimed at encouraging families to seek alternative options to the cultivation of plants used for the production of illegal psychotropic substances. This way, socially vulnerable rural families are encouraged to support themselves by participating in the legal economy.
The program also encourages beneficiary families to save and become landowners by promoting the formation of cooperatives and community associations.
